You just know when Barack Obama found out he was hosting a White House reception in honor of Gay Pride Month, he thought it was going to be smooth sailing–a nice event in his own home, filled with adoring and fawning supporters.
Things took an unfortunate turn when an apparent woman, Jennicet Gutierrez, started heckling Obama–trying to get his attention as he gave a speech in front of the intimate event.
Obama grew noticeably agitated–and abruptly stopped the speech to yell at his heckler.
“No, no, no , no,” he yelled. “Listen, you’re in my house… Shame on you, you shouldn’t be doing this.”
Unfortunately for him, the heckler, Guiterrez, was a whole bunch of the Left’s favorite minorities rolled into one: a transgender woman, who’s also an illegal alien.
She’s also a radical pro-illegal immigration activist, and she was there on a mission: to protest Obama’s deportation policy–which apparently has deported too many illegal aliens for her taste.
Gutierrez had been yelling out: “Not one more!” and “Stop all deportations!” during Obama’s speech. The crowd, full of the aforementioned fawning liberals, quickly turned on her–booing, hissing, and trying to chant, “Obama! Obama!” to drown her out.
Unfortunately, all Gutierrez accomplished was getting herself deported from the party: shortly after Obama’s hysterical meltdown at the podium, Gutierrez was escorted out of the room by security, at Obama’s personal insistence.
Obama went on to continue the speech, but he was clearly still bent out of shape–as he continued to rant about Gutierrez and her disruptions, even after she had left the room.
“As a general rule, I am just fine with a few hecklers,” Obama bitterly continued. “But not when I am up in the house. My attitude is if you’re eating the hors d’oeuvres, you know what I’m saying? And drinking the booze? I know that’s right.”
So remember: if you’re going to the White House to heckle Obama over one of his policies (and there’s so many to choose from!), you’re fine. Just don’t drink the booze.
