Shock: Illegal Aliens To Get Voting Rights

Thanks to a new law, anyone getting a driver’s license in California will be automatically registered to vote.

But that could result in illegal aliens getting the ability to vote in California elections, according to reports.

Illegal aliens are currently eligible to receive driver’s licenses in California. Their automatic applications will still have to be verified by the Secretary of State’s office, but due to the convoluted legal status of illegal aliens, that may be impossible. When illegal aliens were first given the ability to get driver’s licenses, the state of California intentionally made legal status unsearchable in the DMV database, making it exceptionally difficult, if not impossible, to discern who is here legally or illegal.

The result? Thousands of illegal aliens suddenly flooding the polls in 2016, in violation of federal law.

Governor Jerry Brown of California, a Democrat, signed the bill into law earlier this week–and it’s clear that it may be politically motivated. 49% of unregistered adults lean towards the Democrats, while just 22% lean towards the Republicans.

Dramatically simplifying the voter registration process–and throwing in thousands, if not tens of thousands, of left-leaning illegal immigrants into the voter rolls too–will make it virtually impossible for Republicans to ever compete in California elections.

Outcry from anti-voter fraud organizations has been overwhelming.

According to Linda Paine, the president of the Election Integrity Project of California, the new law “will effectively change the form of governance in California from a Republic whose elected officials are determined by United States citizens and will guarantee that non-citizens will participate in all California elections going forward.”

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla defended the decision, saying that the new law will “make our democracy stronger by removing a key barrier to voting for millions of California citizens.”

And removing key barriers for thousands of illegal aliens, too.

California’s automatic voter registration is expected to be up and running in time for the 2016 primary elections in June.
