clinton foundation

by -

Just two weeks ago, Hillary went from being one of the most powerful people in the world to losing the presidency and it keeps getting worse for the former Secretary of State.

The Clinton Foundation is not raising money like it once had, and it could get a lot worse.

In 2014, the year before Hillary announced her run for the White House, the Clinton Foundation raised $172 million and she earned $3.6 million making speeches.

In 2015, she announced her run and the Clinton Foundation lost 37% in donations by only raising $108 million and getting paid $357,500 for speeches.

Currently we are in 2016 and the Clinton Foundation came under fire from the Trump Campaign and there is a criminal investigation going on in the FBI right now about Hillary’s ties to the foundation and the State Department.

The Clinton Foundation was the subject of many WikiLeaks emails that had a tremendous negative affect on Hillary’s public perception. WikiLeaks didn’t help Bill or Chelsea too much either. It can’t be good for the Clinton brand.

We are just learning the numbers for 2015, and it will be a while until we really know how bad the Clinton Foundation dropped this year.

With so much airtime and column inches dedicated to the criminal activity of the Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s subsequent loss, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if the Clinton Foundation changed its strategy and downsizes.

The prevailing thought inside the Democratic Party is that Obama is going to pardon Hillary on his way out of office.

Obama might be able to keep Hillary out of prison, but if that happens, the Clinton Foundation will lose a lot of the credibly, power and any prestige it still has left.

The only hope for the future of the Clinton Foundation is to begin to push Chelsea into the spotlight and towards positions of power.

Hillary and the Clinton’s have their future up in the air right now. They never planned for this. They thought they would be filling the new Hillary administration with Clinton Foundation donors right now. They are just trying to figure out what to do next and their only option to save their empire may be Chelsea.

Do you think the Clinton Foundation will continue to function five years from now? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

When Comey, the director of the FBI decided not to charge Hillary Clinton, it looks like it had more to do with money than motive.

Director James Comey told the American people that Hillary did have classified information; she did delete state property and didn’t turn over all work emails.

Despite the apparent laws Hillary Clinton broke by having a home server for conducting federal business, the director of the FBI cleared her by saying she had no intent on breaking the law.

He called her reckless and that was the end of the email scandal. Well, until now.

A source close to the workings of the FBI and the Clinton Foundation has released his findings to the press.

It has come out that James Comey accepted positions and financial compensation for working as a general counsel for Lockheed Martin.

Comey worked for Lockheed and in one year, the first year Lockheed would become a major Clinton Foundation donor, Comey was paid $6 million in 2010.

The same year, Lockheed Martin won 17 private contracts from the State Department. Guess who ran the State Department in 2010? Hillary Clinton.

Lockheed Martin also joined the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and the group paid Bill Clinton $250,000 for a speech in the year, 2010.

To take it a step further, James allegedly made sure his brother got in the loop too.

Peter Comey, the brother of the FBI director works as Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas for a company named DLA Piper.

DLA Piper is the company that performed the “audit” on the Clinton Foundation in November.

The employees of DLA Piper as a whole have donated a very large amount to elect Hillary Clinton.

In fact, DLA Piper ranks number five on the Hillary Clinton’s all-time “Top Contributors” list. DLA Piper comes in right above Goldman Sachs.

Ironically or coincidentally James Comey owns a mortgage on his brother’s house as a Private Party lender.

When looking at the way the FBI ran the investigation into Hillary, it is clear that someone was covering for her. The lead agent on the case resigned in the middle of the investigation and many think it was because he wasn’t allowed to do his job properly.

Agents were blocked from interrogating witnesses, blocked from serving search warrants for key evidence and even allowed the pay-for-play scandal involving the Clinton Foundation to be swept under the rug.

We are finding out that the investigation was a mess from the beginning and now we are learning why.

Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation helped make James Comey and his brother rich! Why would he want that gravy train to stop?

Let us know your thoughts on the FBI director being involved in the corruption that surrounds Hillary Clinton in the comments below.

Thousands of emails have come out describing the connections between the Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s time as the Secretary of State.

Now that we know there was a “pay-to-play” scandal, where wealthy donors to the Clinton Foundation got special treatment from the State Department, we decided to take a closer look at the people who donated to the corrupt “non-profit”.

Some of the names were obvious, but not all of them.

This is a list of 24 surprising donors to the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary’s “untrustworthy” number has shot through the roof the past few months, but this takes it to a whole new level.

Former president Bill Clinton runs the Clinton Foundation and through his work, he has managed to raise hundreds of millions of dollars while the actual charities and grants only receive about 15%.

The foundation is under fire because we have learned of the unique access that foundation donors had to Hillary when she was at the State Department.

Some of the largest foreign donors to the Clinton Foundation have been able to receive favorable agreements between them and the U.S. government.

It is no surprise that Hillary doesn’t want this information exposed, mainly because it points to major conflicts of interest if Hillary was to win.

Hillary says it isn’t a problem when she spoke on ABC News.

“I don’t think there are conflicts of interest. I know that that’s what has been alleged and never proven. But nevertheless, I take it seriously.”

During an interview with Tim Kaine and Hillary, the Democratic candidate said this about the Clinton Foundation.

“I’m very proud of the work that the Clinton Foundation has done. It’s a world-renowned charity because of the work that my husband started and many, many people helped him with. … He started this great work. He has made it his life’s work, after the presidency. And he has said, if I am so fortunate enough to be elected, he will not be involved. And I think that is appropriate.”

The biggest question is why would he have to step down at all if there were not conflicts? We know the answer though.

There were conflicts when she was at Secretary of State and those conflicts and the Clinton corruption would only be magnified if she won the top office in America.

Do you think Bill should step down from the foundation if Hillary becomes president? Let us know in the comments below.

The latest scandal involving Hillary Clinton’s political career proves that over half of her personal meetings during her time at State were with donors to the Clinton Foundation.

When Hillary Clinton was at the Secretary of State, appointed by Obama, she had 154 meetings with people that had private interests.

Of those 154 meetings, 85 were donors to the Clinton Foundation. It takes incredible access to meet with the Secretary of State, but if you are a donor you have over a 50% chance.

Not just any donor though. The ones that met with Hillary, at least 40 of them donated more than $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

Almost 25% of the 85 game more than a million dollars each.

If this isn’t pay-for-play access, then we don’t know what is. Neither does Donald Trump, and he has called for a special investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

Email releases from hacked servers show that Huma Abedin, Hillary’s top aide, connected and dealt with many of the requests personally and not all went to Hillary.

Over 50% of her meetings were with donors though.

Now the public is starting to take notice because of the email hacks, and she said that Bill and her would stop taking foreign donations if Hillary won the presidency.

That is like saying; I’ll stop writing answers on my hand when the test is over.

It doesn’t matter what scandal the Clinton’s are involved in, they get out of it somehow, but is this what we can expect from a Clinton White House?

During Bill Clinton’s second term, all his team did was try to stop scandals. At this point we know what we are going to get with a Hillary Clinton White House. More scandals and more cover-ups, but seriously, how is Hillary not in prison?

What do you think about the unique access granted to Hillary’s donors at the Clinton Foundation? Let us know in the comments below.

shady donor

The new batch of emails showing that the State Department gave special access to top Clinton Foundation donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state brings to mind the case of a shady Miami businessman serving a 12-year prison sentence after scamming the government out of millions. His name is Claudio Osorio, a Clinton Foundation donor who got $10 million from the government after the Clinton State Department reportedly pulled some strings.

Osorio got the money from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), a federal agency that operates under the guidance of the State Department, to build houses in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. The OPIC supposedly promotes U.S. government investments abroad to foster the development and growth of free markets. Osorio’s “Haiti project” was supposed to build 500 homes for displaced families in the aftermath of the earthquake.

The project never broke ground and Osorio used the money to finance his lavish lifestyle and fund his illicit business ventures. He also ran a fraudulent international company with facilities in the U.S., United Arab Emirates, Germany, Angola and Tanzania that stole millions from investors. Some of the OPIC Haiti money was used to repay investors of his fraudulent company (Innovida), according to federal prosecutors. In September 2013, Osorio was sentenced to 150 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release.

Not surprisingly, the Department of Justice (DOJ) never mentioned Osorio’s Clinton connections and seemed to downplay the $10 million scam of taxpayer funds by focusing on the “victims” that invested in his bogus company. Among them was a beloved professional basketball star. “Osorio offered and sold shareholder interests and joint-venture partnerships in Innovida to select individuals and groups, raising more than $40,000,000 from approximately ten (10) investors and investment groups in the United States and abroad,” a DOJ statement says.

“Osorio solicited and recruited investors by making materially false representations and concealing and omitting material facts regarding, among other things, the profitability of the company, the rates of return on investment funds, the use of investors’ funds and the existence of a pending lucrative contract with a third-party entity. Osorio received moneys from investors based on these misrepresentations. Osorio used investor monies for his and his co-conspirators’ personal benefit and to maintain and further the fraud scheme.”

The bigger story is that, despite Osorio’s shady history, it appears that the Clinton State Department helped him get $10 million—which will never be repaid—because he was a Clinton Foundation donor. This connection was not made until years after Osorio got sentenced. After his 2013 sentencing in Miami, the area’s largest newspaper tied him to the Clintons and President Obama as a campaign donor who held fundraisers at his waterfront home, but the foundation was not mentioned. A Washington D.C. newspaper eventually connected the dots after obtaining a document that shows an OPIC official recommending funding for Osorio’s Haiti project. In the document, the OPIC official writes that Osorio’s company had “U.S. persons of political influence that are able to assist in advancing the company’s plans.”

It continues: “For instance, former President Bill Clinton is personally in contact with the Company to organize its logistical and support needs,” the document states. “Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has made available State Department resources to assist with logistical arrangements.” Additionally, the Clinton Global Initiative had “indicated that it would be willing to contract to purchase 6,500 homes in Haiti from InnoVida within the next year.”

Less than 24 hours after the OPIC official submitted the recommendation, the news report says, OPIC approved Osorio’s $10 million loan to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Not one was ever built and no one has been held accountable for giving the crooked businessman millions of taxpayer dollars.

First it was Hillary’s home servers, then the DNC got hacked and now it looks like the Clinton Foundation has had a serious breach.

The charitable organization founded by Bill and Hillary Clinton just hired a major security firm to help identify who possibly hacked their system.

FireEye is the company that the Clinton Foundation has hired to look into signs that the organization was hacked and what information was stolen.

There have been many leaked documents from the home server and the DNC, but nothing has surfaced from the Clinton Foundation yet.

We have seen people be fired from the DNC and Hillary has taken some serious heat regarding her handling of her server during the presidential race. What will this do?

The breach has not been confirmed by either the foundation or Clinton campaign, nor have they commented on the recent reports.

Some close to the event say that the hackers used a “spear phishing” technique to create bogus emails and websites to get employees to click and allowing the hackers access.

A U.S. official that is remaining anonymous said that the techniques used in this hack seem similar to the ones on the DNC that was blamed on the Russians.

The Russians have denied the claims from the DNC that their system was hacked by Russia.

WikiLeaks founder suggested a man named Seth Rich did the DNC hack from the inside. Seth Rich was found dead a month ago in a park in DC, shot twice in the back.

As of right now, we don’t know who did the hacks on Hillary’s server, the DNC and now the Clinton Foundation, but we do know that Hillary is nervous and hiring one of the best firms in the world to figure it out.

Who do you think hacked the Clinton Foundation and what do you think they found? Let us know in the comments below.

Again with the damn emails… but this time Hillary could be in big trouble for a “pay-to-play” scheme with the Clinton Foundation. See the judge lay down the law.

When the State Department released previously un-released emails to Judicial Watch over a FOIA request, they uncovered high-level officials for the Clinton Foundation asked favors from Hillary at the State Department.

The best way to explain the “pay-for-play” scandal is to let Judge Andrew Napolitano break it down. Watch him lay down the law and expose Hillary’s most vulnerable subject, the Clinton Foundation.

The fact that her top aide, Huma Abedin was the person on Hillary’s end that coordinated the response from the State Department, this scandal could reach all the way to the top.

We don’t know yet.

Since the State Department redacted the name of the person that was a big donor to the Clinton Foundation and wanted to work with the power makers in an African country, we don’t know the depth of this potential crime, but it does look like a crime.

America has always known that this is how politics work, but we never had any proof that could actually stop a politician from doing it again.

This scandal is breaking now, but it will take months to figure out who the donor was or for any investigation to reach any level tp really take off.

If the FBI has been investigating the Clinton Foundation since they have been working on the other email scandal, then we might here something before the election.

Investigations take a long time. The last email investigation by the FBI came to no result except about four points in the polls for the next few weeks.

There is a legitimate possibility that the FBI is investigating Hillary and she could become the president before they can conclude their results.

There are people in the FBI that want to get this information out, and we can only hope that the FBI can officially come to some type of an answer before the election.

Do you think this FBI investigation will bring down Hillary before the election? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

You’ve got to almost feel bad for how spectacularly bad Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign is falling apart.

Now, she can’t even get the Pope to play nice.

With the Clinton Global Initiative summit in New York, glitzy figures from around the globe were invited–including Pope Francis, who would be in the United States at the time, for his visit.

The Pope said no.

“They’ve had a lot of rejections from people–both from membership renewals and speaking roles this year…” admitted a CGI insider.

Clearly. The head of the Catholic Church wasn’t the only high-profile celebrity to snub Hillary Clinton this year. Singer Elton John, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, and even President Barack Obama also all turned down their invitations. As did Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, whom Hillary wanted to personally deliver a presentation on income inequality.

Hillary had no better luck overseas, either: British Prime Minister David Cameron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel also declined.

The trouble for the Clinton Global Initiative comes after a bruising year of bad press.

Bill and Hillary Clinton have been suspected of using the Clinton Foundation (which puts on the Clinton Global Initiative summit each year) as a pay-to-play slush fund that traded cash for connections in Hillary’s State Department.

Hillary has also seen her favorability numbers collapse among the American people, largely do to the fallout from her email server scandal.

But it’s clear that more than just her campaign is sinking because of Hillary’s misdeeds–the Clinton brand, which until this year had commanded a large amount of respect from many, may also be falling apart.

The “unbiased” mainstream media is up to their same old tricks.

George Stephanopoulos, the chief anchor of ABC News, was forced to apologize for not telling his viewers (or his bosses) that he gave $75,000 to the Clinton Foundation recently: $25,000 a year for the past three years.

Stephanopoulos formerly served a chief campaign advisor to Bill Clinton back in 1992, and worked in the White House during Clinton’s first term. But since then, he’s reinvented himself as a seemingly objective journalist. He’s been with ABC since 1997, and currently hosts “Good Morning America.”

Aside from the embarrassment at getting caught giving a small fortune to the Clinton Foundation, this has bigger repercussions for Stephanopoulos’s role in 2016, due to perceived bias.

In 2012, Stephanopoulos came under criticism when he hosted a 2012 Republican primary debate for ABC. He infamously asked Mitt Romney, the Republican front runner, if he believed the Supreme Court should ban contraception–something no candidate, on either side of the aisle, advocated. Romney took umbrage at the question–but nevertheless, it became a key part of Obama’s “War on Women” attacks.

Such bias would seem even more unseemly given his ties to the Clintons not just in the early 1990s but even today, with his big payout to the Clinton Foundation.

For his part, Stephanopoulos sees nothing wrong with what he did: “I think I’ve shown that I can moderate debates fairly. That said, I know there have been questions made about moderating debates this year. I want to be sure I don’t deprive moderators or viewers of a good debate.”

ABC is sticking by Stephanopoulos for now–ludicrously calling an annual gift of $25,000 for three years in a row an “honest mistake”–but also announced he would not be moderating ABC’s upcoming New Hampshire Republican debate.
