Every Fourth of July, the “Capitol Fourth” celebration in the Nation’s capitol has a beautiful firework display to celebrate our independence, but this year was different.

PBS has been broadcasting the “live” show for over 30 years, but this year something was wrong.

Last night the “Capitol Fourth” celebration kicked off amidst the clouds and drizzle of a dreary day in Washington, DC. The incredible display of fireworks was slightly hampered by the clouds and mist.

PBS didn’t like the clouds, and they apparently don’t like being honest.

As the fireworks rang out over the capitol, some viewers of the PBS special display noticed something wrong. There were no clouds in the sky, and amazingly the Capitol rotunda had all of its scaffolding removed.

What happened?

Instead of broadcasting the live show, PBS decided to run previous shows.

The problem is that the station tried to pull a fast one on us. They didn’t announce that they were doing this until after the show aired and complaints came in.

The show featured the tag saying “live” during the broadcast, so they were intentionally trying to deceive the viewers.

The idea to use a past show was not a bad idea considering the horrible weather, but the dishonesty is what has people upset.

Just like the other stations on your TV, it seems that they feel it is ok to lie and mislead us, but thankfully there are some very keen people out on the Internet keeping them honest.

What do you think? Did PBS make a mistake in airing fake fireworks?

Yup you read that right! Some geniuses decided to go into a Walmart and start their Fourth of July celebration early.

Two idiot pranksters were dumb enough to think it was a good idea to go into a Phoenix Arizona Walmart and stat a chain reaction by lighting some of the fireworks display on fire.

The display was quickly engulfed in flames and sparkles was captured on video by another Walmart customer.

The fire was started by local morons who thought it would be funny to risk the lives of innocent people and destroy private property.

The store was evacuated before any was hurt, and local fire and rescue was able to put out the fire before it spread around the giant store.

The two dumb-as rocks-pranksters were identified by the security system and arrested. The idiots could face up to 20 years for a class two felony.

It is a pretty fun video to watch, but scary to think that there are actually people who share the same air we do who think it is a good idea to light fireworks while they are still in a store.
