MS-13

Get on with it.

Over the last few weeks, stories have streamed across the wires of one illegal immigrant after another being arrested and deported.

The corporate media, which is attempting to create an uproar among sympathetic liberals, are actually doing the opposite.

For once, the corporate media is doing its job and showing the positive work that the Federal Government is finally doing . . . after years of refusing to enforce the law.

For the last eight or so years, President Obama maintained wide-open and welcoming borders and a very generous Welfare State.

How did that work out for us?

Aside from the mountains of money lost to maintaining the health, education and general prosperity for non-citizens who did not legally contribute to our national treasure, we allowed an insurgency to exist within our own land.

We saw this in California when Donald Trump staged a rally there and his supporters were met with violence.

We see it in the students who march on American streets while angrily waving Mexicans flags.

We see it in the tears of 15 year old Nisa Mickens’ mother. Nisa, a high school student, was brutally beaten to death by members of MS-13 gang members from El Salvador and confirmed illegal immigrants.

Obama and the social justice warriors who have cropped up under his presidency, can whine, cry, march, rally, and bitch and moan all they want.

By ignoring immigration laws, we have fostered lawlessness.

While each immigrant who illegally crosses our borders will look into a camera and say “I’m not a criminal,” their very act of crossing our border was a crime.

Let me say this clearly, “They are all criminals.”

So when 22 year-old illegal immigrant Daniela Vargas, a so-called “Dreamer”, holds a press conference to demand change from our president, and is subsequently arrested and deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement . . . I cheer.

The Trump administration had the courtesy of flying Vargas back to her true home of Argentina when she was entitled, at best, to get an escorted bus ride across the border to Mexico.

The lesbian activist for illegal immigrants can hoof it back to Argentina for all I care.

While deportations for men and women like Vargas are cheered, there are exceptions.

The ten illegal immigrants who killed teenage girls Nisa Mickens and Kayla Cuevas under their gay MS-13 banner . . . well, they’re not going home . . . ever.

If justice is to be truly served for these punks, they should be bound and locked in a room with the families of the slain teenage girls.

It is impossible to sympathize with the plight of illegal immigrants when they are literally killing our children.

Deport them all, and then we can provide a route to entry for those who would benefit our nation and society.

Illegal Alien

A government official warned employees deploying for the influx of illegal immigrant minors about health and safety risks because the new arrivals would have tuberculosis and some were young adults—not children—like the Obama administration proclaimed, according to records obtained by Judicial Watch. “We might as well plan on many of the kids having TB,” states a June 26, 2014 guidance e-mail from a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) environmental health scientist, Alaric C. Denton, as the agency prepared to handle the crisis. “Most of these kids are not immunized, so we need to make sure all our staff are immunized.” Denton, who is stationed at the CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, predicts in the directive that the agency will be overwhelmed pretty quickly and that screening requirements will be hard to keep up with.

Judicial Watch had to sue the CDC’s umbrella agency, the Department of Health and Human Services, (HHS) for the records. Though chunks have been redacted, the documents contradict the Obama administration’s public statements dismissing possible health and safety risks created by the tens of thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) fleeing violence in Central America. The CDC official reveals in the documents obtained by JW as a result of the lawsuit that “some of these kids are not really kids they are young adults, and we should be wary of personal safety.”

JW reported this early on, when the first group of UACs arrived through the Mexican border in the summer of 2014. Homeland Security sources directly involved with the mess told JW that holding centers were jam-packed, rampant with diseases and sexually active teenagers. A veteran Border Patrol officer who heads the agency’s Tucson sector quickly established that many of the UACs were not little kids but rather 17-year-olds with possible ties to gang members in the U.S.

Weeks later JW reported that the nation’s most violent street gangs—including Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13—were actively recruiting new members at U.S. shelters housing illegal immigrant minors. A high-level Homeland Security source told JW the gangs used Red Cross phones at the shelters to communicate with the new recruits. Last fall the Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that the MS-13 has been fortified and able to remain a top tier gang thanks to the influx of illegal alien gang members that recently crossed into the state.

The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs.

This new batch of government records, part of an ongoing JW investigation into the UAC disaster, indicate the administration was well aware of the danger in allowing hordes of illegal immigrant youths to enter and stay in the U.S. At the very least it flies in the face of the administration’s false narrative involving the key issues of health and safety surrounding the new arrivals which have been relocated throughout the nation. Denton, the CDC environmental health scientist who warned colleagues prior to deployment, works at the agency’s Environmental, Safety and Health Compliance Office (ESHCO).

Officials from other federal agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), were also involved in the exchanges. JW will continue receiving records from the government involving this issue as part of an agreement, supervised by a federal judge, stemming from our lawsuit.

MS-13

A major bust involving the nation’s most violent street gang reveals that the criminal enterprise—known as Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13—continues to be energized with new recruits provided by the steady flow of illegal immigrant minors entering the U.S. through Mexico.

The affiliation between gangs and the hordes of Central American illegal immigrants who continue invading the U.S. is a story Judicial Watch has been reporting for more than a year. The Obama administration calls them Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and tries to portray them as innocent, desperate kids fleeing violence and famine in their homeland. The reality is much different, as top Homeland Security sources have told JW in the course of an ongoing investigation into the dangerously porous southern border.

As soon as the UACs started arriving in the summer of 2014, Homeland Security sources told Judicial Watch that many had ties to gang members in the U.S. In fact, JW reported in 2014 that street gangs—including MS-13—went on a recruiting frenzy at U.S. shelters housing the illegal immigrant minors and they were using Red Cross phones to communicate.

Just a few months ago JW reported that the Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that the MS-13 is a top tier gang thanks to the influx of illegal alien gang members that crossed into the state. The number of MS-13 members encountered by U.S. Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley sector has increased each year, accelerating in 2014 and coinciding with increased illegal immigration from Central America during the same period, the agency disclosed in a report linked to JW’s story. This clearly refers to the UAC crisis that saw over 60,000 illegal immigrants—many with criminal histories—storm into the U.S. in a matter of months.

Now we learn that dozens of MS-13 members were recently indicted in Boston for serious crimes including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, firearm violations, federal racketeering and immigration offenses. Several of the defendants are responsible for murdering at least five people since 2014 and the attempted murder of at least 14 in Chelsea and East Boston, according to the federal indictment. MS-13 members also sell cocaine, heroin and marijuana and commit robberies to generate income to pay monthly dues to incarcerated gang leadership in El Salvador, federal prosecutors say. The money is used to pay for weapons, cell phones, shoes, food and other supplies for MS-13 thugs in and out of jail in El Salvador.

In their announcement of this substantial gang bust, federal prosecutors in Massachusetts reveal that MS-13 actively recruited prospective members in high schools situated in communities with “significant immigrant populations from Central America.” The recruits are known as “paros” and they are typically 14 or 15 years old, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ). The perspective members then must engage in violent criminal activity before becoming a full-fledged MS-13 member. With a direct line of access to thousands of new recruits, Obama’s ongoing flow of UACs, it’s logical to conclude the problem will only get worse. Authorities in Texas predict the gang problem will grow. “Gang members from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador could be destined for locations in Texas with large Central American communities, including the Houston and Dallas areas,” the Texas Department of Safety writes in the report JW cites above. Even if that doesn’t materialize, the state already has a serious gang crisis as do other border states with high illegal alien populations.
