Wolf Blitzer

Mike Flynn
Is this Mike Flynn's fate?

Connecticut Democratic Senator Chris Murphy, while talking to Wolf Blitzer on CNN Tuesday, said that President Donald Trump’s former national security advisor, Michael Flynn, potentially “faces a lot of jail time” over a subpoena issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee regarding their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential elections.

“I mean Michael Flynn can’t hide for very long ultimately he likely has legal liability for his failure to disclose his connections to both the Russian and Turkish government,” Murphy said, “and if he doesn’t tell his story then he likely faces a lot of jail time.”

“And this is the big problem for President Trump,” he warned, “he has got some people very close to him who face pretty serious legal jeopardy, and they may start talking very soon.”

California Democratic Representative Adam Schiff was also present on the program on Tuesday. According to him, Flynn had also refused the House Intelligence Committee’s request for the documents. He further added that they were consider contempt charges to force Flynn to give up the documents.

“Are you prepared to hold General Flynn in contempt of Congress,” Blitzer asked.

“I share the views you just heard expressed by Senator Burr,” Schiff responded, “and that is that it was our preference initially to get these documents and testimony voluntarily, it’s now gonna be necessary to subpoena it.”

“If the general refuses without a good legal basis than I think we do have to explore the use of contempt,” he concluded.

“When you say explore I assume you and your staff and your experts have been looking through what it would mean to actually file contempt charges against General Flynn?” Blitzer asked.

“Well we started out in the hope that the witness that we’ve invited would come and cooperate voluntarily,” Schiff responded. “I’m sure that a great many will, obviously some won’t. But we don’t go into this presuming with most of these witnesses that we’re going to have to fight to get their documents, but we will be vigorous and have to be about getting our information.”

“Our next step is to tailor our subpoenas with the best chance of success,” he explained. “But we’ll also do our own legal research to find out what further steps are necessary if we’re going to have to go the route of contempt.”

liberal media

For years, major media has shown their biased against Republicans and outlets like CNN, NBC, ABC, Washington Post and even Facebook have committed to helping the Democrats win.

The bias was most evident in the past when the media fell in love with Barack Obama, a relationship that has lasted his entire time in the oval office.

With the rise of Trump, the antithesis of everything Obama, the media has once again jumped on the Hillary bandwagon and they are with her 100%!

During the two conventions, CNN gave a lot more airtime to the DNC. CNN actually showed five times the amount of videos from the DNC than they did with the RNC. The videos that run between the speakers are well-produced segments highlighting platforms and the bios of candidates.

At the end of the RNC, Wolf Blitzer from CNN was railing against Trump. At the end of the DNC, Wolf Blitzer and CNN’s chief political analyst, Gloria Borger, were celebrating, dancing and drinking wine as the convention came to a close.

The bias is so evident this year that it seems impossible to get good and balanced reporting on this election.

Even Facebook has proven which side of the isle they are on.

When the smash hit “Clinton Cash” documentary hit YouTube a week ago, it went viral immediately. Facebook was caught removing the preview video from people’s timeline. By removing the preview, it means a lot less people will click on the video to watch it instead of just watching it on Facebook.

Facebook also blocked users from sharing the link from Wikileaks to the page of 20,000 hacked DNC emails that were released to the public. Facebook is doing what it can to block people searching for the truth about Hillary.

Even Google is mixed up int. Just recently Donald Trump was left off of the search terms for “presidential candidates”, but they sure had Hillary front and center.

Ironically Jill Stein from the Green Party was on the list, but Donald and Gary Johnson were left off the list. The two conservative and right leaning candidates didn’t make the cut. Why? Here is what Google said happened in a statement by a Google spokesperson.

“We found a technical bug in Search where only the presidential candidates participating in an active primary election were appearing in a Knowledge Graph result. Because the Republican and Libertarian primaries have ended, those candidates did not appear. This bug was resolved early this morning.”

The Washington Post was bought by Amazon found Jeff Bezos, and he put together an anti-Trump task force of sorts to dig up any dirt possible on Trump.

The Washington Post has published countless negative articles on Trump while the coverage for Hillary is more favorable.

Is it any shock that the companies Facebook and Google have had amazing weeks financially and Jeff Bezos made something like $2.5 billion just yesterday?

The liberal media has been exposed, and the DNC and Hillary have been exposed, but does that wake up America? No. CNN was still the highest rated news channel during the DNC and Hillary is still not in prison.

One of the more humorous “Man on the Street” interview topics that regularly air on Fox News programs, late night comedy shows and streaming websites is this question to self-described Hillary Clinton supporters: “Can you name any achievements that Hillary Clinton accomplished as Secretary of State?”

After a moment of awkward silence, interviewers revise the question down by asking: Can you name just one thing Hillary Clinton accomplished as America’s top diplomat? It is almost a trick question. When no answers of forthcoming, Hillary Clinton supporters prove that that they are ill informed and easily led.

Last week, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer scored unscripted live interview with Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail – the first she has granted since she launched her campaign. Analysts believe she granted Blitzer access because she believed he would ask softball question easily answered by sweeping but meaningless policy positions, poll tested answers over personal her views and broad attacks on her Democratic and Republican opponents.

At first, the interview seemed to be going down this road until Blitzer asked candidate Clinton to name her “number one accomplishment” as Secretary of State. Although taken aback slightly, Clinton recovered by saying if you want to know what my accomplishments were, “read my book ‘Hard Choices.’”

Hawking a book in response to a straightforward question over leadership post, she boasts about on her resume struck many as unseemly and unresponsive.

Nevertheless, Blitzer pressed on asking:

Carly Fiorina, she said if you want to stump a Democrat she said ask them about Hillary Clinton’s accomplishments as Secretary of State. If you were on that debate stage with her, what would you say was your number one accomplishment as Secretary of State?

Hillary Clinton answered:

“You know, Wolf, I didn’t get to see all of their debate. But I saw enough of it to know that this is just the usual back and forth political attacks, the kinds of things you say when you’re on a debate stage and really don’t have much else to say.

I didn’t hear anything from any of them about how they’re going to make college more affordable or get down student debt or get equal pay for equal work for women, what they’re going to do to make sure that we deal with the challenges of raising incomes for hard working people.

So I don’t really pay a lot of attention to this kind of rhetoric that heats up the debate stage. They’re all trying to vie for more attention from obviously the Republican Party. I’m going to let them decide how best to do it. But if anybody’s interested, you know, there’s a long list about what I have done. And I’m very proud of it.

Hillary gave another non-answer answer followed by a second plug for her book:

“You can read my book Hard Choices, read about how I negotiated a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas. You can read about how I put together the coalition that led to international sanctions against Iran.

You can read about what I did when I was First Lady, to get the children’s health insurance program or as senator working across the aisle on issues like getting better health care for our veterans.

You know, this is just the silly season. I am looking forward to eventually debating on that stage whoever they finally nominate once they get around to doing that.”

If former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton cannot offer a single instance where she accomplished something positive for the country she represented as the nation’s top diplomat – a question posed by a friendly media source reporting for a liberal news network CNN – we don’t need Man on the Street” interviews to demonstrate her complete failure as a diplomat.

By omission, book offers and verbal sleight of hand, she has admitted as much on national TV.
